About The We’re Group
For more than 50 years and three generations of family ownership, The We’re Group has created more than 10,000,000 square feet of new construction, including build-to-suit properties for major clients such as Citigroup, Chase, Northrop Grumman and NEC.
Our partners, with combined real estate experience of more than 200 years, direct the operations of a full-service organization. We design, build, own, manage and operate integrated business communities and also provide design/build services for others, often to meed demanding specialized requirements.

The size of our buildings — from 50,000 to 365,000 square feet — and our extensive portfolio mean that we will always have the right space for our tenants as they grow. Through our continual investment in building systems and technologies, as well as enhanced public areas, no matter which facility a tenant selects they are assured to be in a state-of-the-art building.
Our team of highly trained mechanical specialists — HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers and others — delivers a full range of services coordinated by our in-house service department. Our attention to detail is highlighted by our award-winning landscaping, provided and cared for by our own groundskeeping staff who become our immediate response team to snow and ice conditions during the winter months.
Our goal is to provide our tenants with the right amount of space, custom-designed and built by our in-house architecture, engineering, and construction departments.
To meet our tenants’ increasing need for advanced telecommunications systems, The We’re Group’s properties offer a full range of options, including fiber optic connections providing high bandwidth connectivity, satellite communications, and video conferencing as well as cable TV services.
